中华民国年间有一群落魄的电影制片人聚在一起，开了一个短会，他们对于一个离奇剧本感觉非常的有兴趣，他们想要把一件惊天大案拍成电影，认为这样一定会有很多观众。可惜他们对于这件事情本身也不是很了解，为了找到灵感，他们找到了当年的凶手和他共处一室，他们想要在凶杀案的现场让凶手自己还原案件真相。在他们探索的过程中却有人发现这个案子牵扯到的事情确实是太多了，没有出路的密室，去而复返的凶手，这件事本身也变得更加的离奇，而电影制片人之外的人也不断的被牵扯进来。做局人于是非常不服气，他说了话没有一点名堂，谁也不能走。局中人个个都危在旦夕，成名也就靠这一次了。最后他们努力还原着案件的真相，制片人力挽狂澜，阻止了危机的发生
