"Undercurrent" is an ingeniously conceived thriller and crime-solving movie. The film follows a veteran sheriff, Pierre Niesman, who is sent to a university town to investigate a homicide , while at the same time, the young policeman Max Galkyan was investigating another criminal case on the top of the 300-kilometer Alps. Soon, the sheriff discovered that the two cases were somehow related. , all the fingers are pointing at the University City, Pierre and Max are bound to start a thrilling contest with the murderer.
