该剧主要讲述了一位拥有特殊体质的数学教师神山晓在校园内经历了许多离奇的事情，偶然间遇到了曾经也是教师的地缚灵小茜，小倩和神山晓共同合作解决校园内奇怪问题的故事
神山晓有着12年的教学经验，一次神山晓被调到了小园南中学。在小园南中学神山晓要面对着一群问题学生。在神山晓冷淡平静的背后，有一个超乎寻常的秘密，就是神山晓可以看得见所有的幽灵。
神山晓住进了一个公寓，公寓内曾经也有一名因为压力过大郁郁而终的老师小茜，小倩目前是一名地缚灵。神山晓由于在之前的学校留下了心理创伤，于是在新的学校神山晓也决定只是做好自己的本职工作，不再管和自己不相干的事情。最后神山晓遇到了过于热情的小茜，小茜也潜移默化的影响了神山晓的态度。最终两个人一起在学校内合作解决校园内形形色色的问题。
