影片讲述日本东京企业董事长滨田心脏病突发身亡之后，合法继承人阿美当时正在香港度假。对手熊谷早已垂涎已久滨田的企业，希望在法定时间内阻止合法继承人阿美签署继承文件，并通过合法手段接收本田的企业。为了这一目的，熊谷拍杀手，前往香港骚扰阿美，但阿美对家中发生的事情全然不知，在酒店里阿美认识业余歌手谭宝和乐队的其他成员，一群流氓在酒店骚扰阿美，最终引来混战。
