根据人气漫画《无罪之城》改编而成，主要讲述索兰是一位国际金融大鳄，曾经在太平洋的某个孤岛上建立一座没有任何法律限制的无罪之城，有很多被通缉的罪恶犯人都纷纷前往，寻求庇护，保护自己的生命。唐柯是国际特种兵带着遣散罪犯的目的来到无罪之城，开始执行任务，然而意外的落入到索兰的圈套之中。唐哥想尽各种办法要从密室里逃亡，却发现自己早已经被别人向身体内注射毒剂，生命只剩下不到一天的时间，自己的妻子也被索兰残忍的杀害，女儿遭到绑架。此时的唐柯内心充满仇恨，决定孤独一掷踏上复仇的道路，势必要将索兰等人全部抓获，将索兰所创造的无罪之城捣毁，让那些坏人受到应有的惩罚，才能对得起自己的妻子，最终将自己的女儿救出
