The story happened in a small town, where three young people Zhong Xiu, Ben and Hui Mei met because of a cat. Jong Soo is a postman who is attracted to Hae Mi because of her charming aura. Huimei used to live in the same neighborhood as Zhongxiu, and she asked Zhongxiu to take care of her cat before traveling to Africa. Zhong Xiu agreed to her request and began to take care of the cat. During her travels, Emi meets a mysterious man named Ben. After returning from the trip, Huimei introduced Ben to Zhongxiu and invited them to have dinner together. Zhong Xiu is dissatisfied with Ben because he feels that Ben is not good to Hui Mei. However, Hui Mei doesn't seem to mind, and the relationship between her and Ben gradually deepens.
During this time, Jongsu realized that he was in love with Huimei, but he knew that he had no chance. When Hye-mi told Jong-su that she and Ben were going on a trip, Jong-su was frustrated and lost. However, Huimei's departure did not bring peace, but brought more troubles. Zhong Xiu began to experience a series of incidents, including being arrested, beaten, and hunted down. He gradually discovered that all these incidents were related to Huimei and Ben.
In the end, Zhong Xiu found Huimei and Ben, and the love entanglement between the three of them was resolved. However, a fire broke out in this small town and burned everything down. In the end, Zhong Xiu and Hui Mei smiled at each other, and they faced the challenges ahead together.
