电影《扑克王》由尚品电影有限公司出品，陈庆嘉和秦小珍联合执导，古天乐、刘青云、何超仪、邓丽欣、应采儿等主演。这是一部喜剧电影，讲述了江湖出身的卓一和澳门赌场大亨的儿子张人杰这两个身份截然不同的男人，在命运的捉弄下发生了身份对换，最终被放逐的张人杰重返赌场，与卓一展开了争夺"扑克王"称号的故事。
如果将德州扑克比作人生，那手中的牌就是命运早已注定的。赌场太子张人杰的命运与众不同。澳门，东方的拉斯维加斯，这个地方充斥着各种传闻和谣言，其中一个流传着卓一独吞已故赌王的赌场生意的故事。卓一一气之下，找回了为了逃避继承父业而远走加拿大的张人杰。
沉迷于网上扑克的张人杰就像一个宅男，既不懂得人情世故，也没有经营赌场的能力。为了避免赌业王国毁于张人杰手中，卓一按照张父的遗嘱，以基金管理人的身份接管了赌场。离开赌场后，张人杰遇到了幸运少女笑容，在笑容的帮助下，他在澳门各个赌场一路胜利，最终与卓一的对手况小姐合作，并接受了况小姐的特训，为参加扑克王大赛做准备。曾经赌术不佳的张人杰竟然焕然一新，向卓一发起挑战，希望通过扑克王大赛的荣誉来解决两人之间的恩怨，并夺回父亲留下的赌业王国。

The story takes place in Macau, a casino known as the Las Vegas of the East. The fate of the casino prince Zhang Renjie (played by Gu Tianle) is different. Zhuo Yi (Liu Qingyun) complained that Zhang Renjie escaped from inheriting his father's business and left the casino and went to Canada to find him back.
