该片讲述了女主凯西跟随师傅在日本学习忍术，师傅在她身上给予了厚望，所以随后让她带着神秘武器来到纽约。但当凯西离开日本来到纽约后，师傅被人杀害，为了复仇和解开宝物的真相，凯西开始调查，真相也慢慢浮出水面。凯西了解到这个幕后黑手是一个国际化的地下暗杀组织，并且这个组织的头牌杀手竟然是自己同门师兄，凯西非常震惊，不愿相信师兄会杀了师傅。她坚信师兄有难言之隐，并且这个组织背后一定有更大的阴谋。
