刘轩联手女强人李若兰（张雨绮饰）共同开发，他们打算声纳技术来驱赶鱼类，这次计划影响到了一直生活在附近人鱼一族，为了能够继续在附近生存，人鱼一族的首领章鱼八哥（罗志祥饰）派出美人鱼珊珊（林允饰）来实施“色诱”计划，目标直指刘轩，最终目的是将刘轩除掉。
然而，珊珊在与刘轩的交往中互生情愫，她开始破坏暗杀计划，但李若兰的破坏行动却一直未停歇，刘轩最终改变了决定，可珊珊却因受伤而不知去向。
