电视动画《家有女友》改编自流石景创作的同名漫画，于2018年7月12日宣布动画化决定。动画由diomedéa负责制作，全12集于2019年1月12日首播。
本作以高中生藤井夏生为主角，他在幼年时失去了母亲，暗恋着他的高中老师橘阳菜。尽管他深爱阳菜，但他从未向她表白过。一天，他被邀请参加联谊活动，在那里他遇到了橘阳菜的妹妹橘瑠衣，并与她度过了美好的时光。
