树华农场位于抗战后方的重庆，农场主任叫丁务源，靠着一身交际本领将上下打通顺风顺水，农场在他的领导下一直处于亏损阶段。随后农场不盈利的问题还是被农场股东知道，于是他们想要想换掉丁务源。随着新主任的到来又引起了很大的风波，新主任留学回来后只懂技术不懂人情，怎么也捋不清农场的事情。

Shuhua Farm is located in Chongqing, behind the Anti-Japanese War. The director of the farm is Ding Wuyuan. Under his leadership has been in the loss phase.
