在一个漆黑的夜晚，一辆飞机承载着来自不同的国家和不同身份的泰国SA-407航班正在起飞，该航班本身是一架出过多次事故的不详飞机，恶德公司以低价购买后，重新粉刷再次服役。随着广播里的播报，飞机也开始了属于它的起飞。但是起飞不久，随着空姐的惊吓之后诡异的事件拉开序幕，走廊上一双沾血的脚印有规律的出现在空姐走过的通道上、洗手间内血红的爪子出现在乘客的身后、一位来自欧洲的乘客头颅发生了180度的旋转、以及虚无缥缈中突然出现的鬼影。这些都时不时的拨弄这乘客以及空乘人员的心弦以及神经。接二连三出现的鬼影导致整体事态的愈演愈烈，似乎407航班的目的地只有一个，那就是载着未知的生命前往一个万劫不复的另一世界
