柯振宇作为一个王牌律师，他自视清高而且在接手的案件当中从无败绩，直到他遇到一起。柔道教练命案时因为陷害，所以导致被检察官起诉，伪造证据而让他身败名裂。
由于身上毫无分文，决定将自己豪宅进行退租而搬进一间神秘的公寓。然而这间公寓每到晚上深夜便会出现一位女房客。当柯震宇原本以为自己可能遇到了鬼，但实际上这位房客实际上是一个实习记者程家乐。在和陈家乐相处的过程当中，两个人逐步萌生了爱情的萌芽。柯震宇却发现两个人相隔的时空却在四个月之后，相处不同空间的时间也是他决定翻案的最佳时机。
