《东方之珠(粤)》是一部感人至深的香港电影，讲述了金燕、阿凤和阿娇这三位上海的著名歌手的故事。

金燕与生意人龙哥相爱，并怀上了他的孩子。然而，龙哥被人诬陷为汉奸，并被判处死刑。金燕回到乡村生下儿子后，回到城市继续她的演艺生涯。可是，日军的空袭摧毁了她的家园，她的儿子也失踪了。经过十多年的时光流逝，“三朵金花”逃离战乱来到了香港。金燕和阿娇组建了歌艺团，培养徒弟并四处演出谋生，而阿凤则嫁给了夜总会老板常升，开始过上了奢华的生活。
