This play tells the story of an ordinary girl Song Chacha accidentally meeting the sports prince Blue Sky, and the story of encountering Bai Yongze, a rookie Olympic swimmer, in the trough of life. The three became happy friends for different reasons, and gradually developed a tortuous love. The plot shows the struggle of the protagonists in the swimming field, as well as the challenges they face in love, friendship and career, emphasizing the young people's fighting spirit and positive attitude towards life.

Bai Yongze, a talented swimmer who grew up in an ordinary family, and Song Chacha, a wealthy lady from a down-and-out family, met in the trough of life and became happy enemy. Yongze's good friend Lan Tian was forced to leave his fiancée Chacha because of his secret. Therefore, Yong Ze and Lan Tian have changed from friends to rivals, not only in career and friendship, but also in love.
