亨利是一名图书馆的管理员，有着普普通通的生活，可是他患上了一种叫做慢性时间错位症的并他的生活变得不再普通。这种病随时有可能会发生，会穿越到一个谁也不知道的地方。这个事情很多人都认为是一件美妙的事情对于亨利来说却非常的痛苦，因为他总是无时无刻的发生穿越的时间，他也不能控制，所有东西都不能跟着亨利一起穿越。每次穿越完之后，亨利的身上都是赤身裸体的，闹出了很多的笑话。经历了上百次的穿越之后，亨利已经慢慢习惯了这种不规律的生活，直到再一次穿越的时候，他遇见了一位叫做克莱尔的女孩子。可是克莱尔却对他没有什么感觉，后来克莱尔被他的奇怪经历吸引了，决定要帮助他一起解开背后的谜团，最后他们成功的解开了亨利的谜团
