《奇妙幽灵》是2018年上映的一部韩国奇幻片
该片主要讲述男主姜泰镇一位年轻的警察，什么杂事都管的。姜泰镇是一个热心人，但另一个男主崔长寿，却完全不一样，看到公交车上流氓欺负老人小孩，都不吭一声。也不允许自己的小孩帮助倒地不起的老人。后来姜泰镇濒临死亡，灵魂离体时，恳求崔长寿帮助自己的爱人，崔长寿也无动于衷。
崔长寿经营着一家柔道馆，收入有限，却面临着女儿的手术问题， 巨额的手术费让他不得不考虑出售自己的柔道馆。
崔长寿之所以从不轻易出头帮助他人，其实他也是有苦衷的，这源于一次突发事故：他开着车带着老婆和孩子。在路上遇到一起交通事故，他匆忙下车救助受伤者，但身后一辆货车却把汽车撞了，妻子当场死亡，女儿的身体也受到了伤害。
