悬疑青春片《女生宿舍》讲述了一段充满谜团的故事。二十世纪三十年代的医学院里，两个新生夏梦芊和方慧茹进入了一个传说中“闹鬼”的宿舍415，但不久后，舍友们开始离奇死亡，学校笼罩在了阴霾之中。夏梦芊偶然间发现舍友何秋岚和某男同学的恋情，但后者却因被匿名举报而自杀，留下了遗书指控举报者。真相似乎逐渐浮出水面，但另一位舍友汪子乔却被发现是被人谋杀后伪造了自杀现场。在师兄高慕南和邹智勇的调查下，真相终于揭开，但其结果却出乎所有人的意料。
