剧情介绍

学校也开设了专门的专业，通过教导人们如何学习才能快速获得超能力。在整个世界当中有7名超级强者，他们就是超能力的顶尖。其中有一位可以使用电击的能力者，被其称为上位。作为风纪委员的白井黑子，从小就对超能力有着很深的向往，但是白井黑子自己身上的超能力因素并不多，从小过着非常平凡而又幸福的生活。就在这一天城市迎来了一场巨大的狂欢盛世，这是针对于超能力而开设的狂欢。白井黑子非常期待这一天的到来，并且积极加入其中，谁知道却带来了一系列意想不到的变化。
