Love Next Door 2 is a bold comedy about love, friendship and sex, highlighting issues of social diversity and gender identity . The story revolves around Kao (played by Asia), who was told by a fortune teller not to have sex with anyone for 30 days. However, at this time his colleague Nut (played by Arm Rattapon) wishes to temporarily move to Kao's house to live for a while. As the days of getting along increased, Kao gradually developed feelings for Nut, but he tried hard to restrain his feelings, but felt more and more painful because he found himself deeply in love with Nut

Another thread of the story happened in a restaurant where Kao and Nut worked together.
