《假面》又名《人物》《Persona》等，由演员毕比·安得松，丽芙·乌曼，玛格丽塔·克罗克，约根·林德斯特伦等联合出演，由英格玛·伯格曼同时担任导演和编剧，于1966年10月18日在瑞典上映。影片主要讲述了由丽芙·乌曼饰演的光鲜亮丽的女演员伊丽莎白在一次舞台事故发生后一系列的生活改变。伊丽莎白是一名舞台剧演员，她因为在演出中忘记了台词就产生了精神分裂，长期拒绝和别人说话，最终无奈被送进了精神病院。由毕比·安德森饰演的护士阿尔玛和伊丽莎白整日相伴，然而伊丽莎白的病情并没有好转，仍然拒绝说话。医生只好将伊丽莎白和阿尔玛送到一座海滨别墅里疗养在别墅里，阿尔玛尝试和伊丽莎白说话帮助他好转，却仍然得不到回应。长此以往，阿尔玛也几乎疯狂，她会怎么对伊丽莎白呢
