《对学生会长的忠告OVA1》是一部以学生会长国齐和副会长知贺为主角的动画作品。国齐虽然外表平凡，却因为某种原因受到一部分男性的欢迎，但常常遭遇色狼的骚扰。然而，他个性迟钝，从来没有察觉到身边男性的热烈目光和骚扰

在电车上的一天，国齐又一次遭遇到了色狼的纠缠。这时，正好站在一旁的知贺注意到了国齐的困境，并迅速采取行动解救了他。知贺是学生会的新任副会长，他以机智和勇敢而闻名。他看到国齐受到骚扰，决定不能袖手旁观。
