Mutual DNA is a trilogy of thriller films directed by Guillermo del Toro.
The film tells the story of a pair of biologists, Susan and Peter, who accidentally "manufactured" a half-year-long life span during the research process. Insect "Judas," which three years later had multiplied by the tens of thousands in the dark underpasses of New York City, preyed on humans and reproduced. In the film, children are infected with a deadly skin disease from these insects, and the whole city is thrown into panic. Only Susan and Peter can solve this disaster. In the storyline of the trilogy, the audience will see Susan and Peter use various methods to fight these mutated insects, including various chemicals and scientific technologies. They continued to conduct experiments and found out the weaknesses of these mutated insects.
The whole story is full of thrills and tension, and every scene fills the audience with fear and panic. Mutant DNA is an inventive and suspenseful thriller that is definitely worth a watch.
