《A计划续集》是《A计划》的续写，故事背景发生在清朝的末年，清代末期，香港在上、中、西环一带有一个被称为“镇三环”的帮派，与西环勾心虎等人暗中勾结，导致西环地区的治安混乱不堪。警员马如龙于是奉命接手西环，立即将欧心虎投入监狱，引来黑帮“镇三环”的不满。与此同时，国内革命正如火如荼，革命者到香港进行宣传，策划解救被逮捕的同志。为了彻底铲除革命党，清廷派出特务联络镇三环，马如龙与白影红、莹莹、珊珊等革命党人交好后，也被牵扯到了权力的斗争之中，同时有一帮海盗们也在等待着报复马如龙。
